Once your booking request is confirmed, you may pay in advance via Duitnow or cash to the driver before the trip starts.
Please contact the driver assigned to you directly via whatsapp on his/her mobile number.
If your flight is delayed by more than 30 mins, please contact the driver assigned to you directly via whatsapp on his/her mobile number.
We strongly advice that you allocate a minimum of 2-3 hours plus travel time to the airport before your flight departure time. For example, your flight departure is 5pm, your location is 60 mins from the airport, your pick up time should be 1.30pm. However, during peak hours please allow additional time for traffic jam and uncertainties.
We are not responsible if the customer is unable to check in on time. That is why we advice our customers to allow for ample time for unforeseen circumstances such as worsen traffic conditions due to rain, peak hours, road accidents, car breakdowns, etc.
NON-AIRPORT PICK-UP:
We will wait for up to 30 mins after the scheduled pick up time with no charge. Thereafter the customer will be charged a pro-rated fee of the hourly rate. Please understand that our drivers also need to make a living and often have scheduled trips before and after the customer trips, and hence the delays make affect the other customers as well.
AIRPORT PICK-UP:
We will wait for up to 60 mins after the arrival time of the plane. Thereafter the customer will be charged a pro-rated fee of the hourly rate. We understand that there are special circumstance that is out of our customer's control such as lost baggage(s), and in such cases, the additional fee will be waived upon the showing of the lost baggage receipt.
If you would like to spend some time shopping for duty free goods, or would like to have a meal after landing, please inform us in advance when you make the booking. Failure to do so will result in additional fee charged.
NON-AIRPORT PICK-UP:
Whilst we regularly service our cars, and will ensure that they are in a good condition, unforeseen circumstances do occur. If such incidence happen, we will immediately arrange for a replacement car to take our customers to the airport - at no cost to the customers.
As such, we request that you allow for a minimum of 2.5 hours between the flight departure time and scheduled arrival time at the airport. Customers who do not comply with this requirement and wish to take the risk will not be compensated under any circumstances.
AIRPORT PICK-UP:
For any car break down after picking up customers, we will arrange for a replacement car at no cost to the customers.
We are not responsible for any damages caused to the baggage or other personal belongings whilst in the car.
All of our network of cars are fully insured for third party insurance.
